Dealer Policy Statement


Terms of Payment:

     All orders will be shipped COD or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).  All COD payments in U.S. funds, by money order, cashier's check, or company check (on approval).  Returned checks received by Trax Distributors will be subject to a $20. service charge.

Non-Defective Hardware Returns:

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.  All returns must display a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping carton and must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, after which NO returns will be authorized.  NO call tags will be issued from Trax.  No exceptions.  Trax pays RETURN shipping on replacements when authorized.

Shipping Charges:

     Trax Distributors charges a $8.00 minimum shipping and handling charge, not including COD or insurance fees.  There is a $25.00 handling fee on all international shipments.

Warranty & Copyrights:

     Trax Distributors does not offer any warranty.  All defective equipment will be under whatever warranty the manufacturer offers.  Copyrighted software sold by Trax Distributors has been represented by its manufacturer as fully licensed and in accordance with US copyright laws.  However, Trax Distributors holds no copyright ownership over any of the products it sells, except its databases, logos, & catalogs.
